By the Bank Mobile Application method:
- Login to your bank’s mobile application with your login id ans pin number.
- Click on services.
- Click on Issue Cheque Book.
- Select the account for which you wish to issue a chequebook for.
- Click on submit.
- You will receive your chequebook within three to four working days.
Can you order a cheque book over the phone?
You can order a cheque book or credit book online provided you have previously ordered one for that account through telephone banking. To order a cheque book or a credit book online: Log on to Digital Banking at Select ‘Payments and transfers’ from the main menu.
How long does it take to get a cheque book from Santander?
To order a chequebook for your currency account, please call Santander Corporate Office. Chequebooks are only available in USD or EUR, and take up to 4 weeks to be printed.
How do I order checks Santander?
If any of the following criteria apply, you will need to place your order by contacting us at 877-768-2265, between the hours of 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST, 7 days a week, or visit your local branch. This is the first time ordering checks from Santander Bank.
Can you order a cheque book at an ATM?
Please note: To order a cheque book or paying-in book online you must have previously ordered one for that account through telephone banking. You can also order a replacement cheque or credit book using Webchat, Mobile Banking (via Secure messaging), in Branch or at one of our ATMs.
How long does it take to get a cheque book?
Cheque books will be dispatched within 3 working days from the date of request. Just log on to retail section of the Internet Banking site with your credentials and select the Cheque Book link under Requests tab.
Can I get a cheque book from Santander?

Is Saturday a working day for Santander?
Working hours of the Customer Service Centre (0800 085 2090) are Mondays to Fridays between 8:00 and 17:30 and Saturdays between 8:00 and 14:00. Working hours of the Santander Corporate Office (0151 298 6520) are Mondays to Fridays between 8:00 and 17:30.
