Restrictions and requirements
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, restrictions on both national and international travel are constantly changing and being updated. It is the responsibility of the clients of Ski Bespoke to ensure that they are fully aware of and up to date with all any such restrictions, including the entry and exit and health requirements of the place of departure and arrival. Ski Bespoke cannot be held liable for any failure by its clients to comply with and adhere to any such requirements or regulations.

If we (Ski Bespoke) are prevented from performing the contract due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances and have to cancel your holiday, you will be entitled to a full refund. If we are able to perform our contract but you choose to cancel your holiday as you no longer wish to travel, you will be bound by our booking conditions and the cancellation conditions that apply. You may not be entitled to a full or partial refund, although, if possible, we will try to help you rebook if we can.
It is a condition of booking a holiday with us (Ski Bespoke) that all passengers travelling must have appropriate travel insurance. See clause 6.4 of our booking conditions. We strongly advise obtaining COVID-19 travel insurance cover. We (Ski Bespoke) will require proof that all party members have travel insurance, and we will ask for the details of your insurance prior to departure.
