Luxury Concierge – Comes as standard

At Ski Bespoke our specialist team has over 40 years of combined experience. We know how to manage and realise your expectations whilst you remain in control of all aspects of your holiday, but without the stress and time that is involved in creating the perfect experience. Concierge service comes as standard provided by your dedicated personal consultant with every booking.

We can arrange all ski extras including lift passes, ski hire and lessons. We can also help organise alternative snow activities from snow-shoeing to Heli-Skiing. We really can arrange anything from surprise birthday cakes, cheese & wine tasting, the options really are endless. All you need to do is ask.

Ski Bespoke will organise all your requirements to suit your needs.

Who we are

Lesley Benson – Director

Lesley launched Ski Bespoke in May 2011 realising there was a gap in the market for a truly bespoke company providing excellent personal service and attention to detail to the discerning traveller.

Lesley worked for many years as a buyer in the premium goods market before transferring her skills to the high-end ski industry.  She has worked in travel for over 19 years and has visited and skied countless resorts across the globe and still enjoys the challenge of discovering that perfect place to stay.

It is this wealth of knowledge and network of contacts throughout the industry that enables her to provide the very personal and dedicated services she knows her exclusive clientele desire and her wonderful team can provide.
When she’s not at work Lesley likes nothing more than donning a pair of walking boots and trudging through the beautiful countryside of West Sussex with her husband and dog Yukii. She also enjoys cooking , pilates and yoga.

Kelly Dorking – Head of Operations

Kelly is a travel professional.  Having been in the travel industry for over 18 years she is head of Ski Bespoke’s Operations division.  She developed her skills as an administration assistant for a major tour operator and her attention to detail and organisational abilities were very quickly recognised. After working in London for a number of years she returned to her roots to help Lesley set up Ski Bespoke.

Kelly has worked alongside Lesley for many years, and has a wide range of skills and a vast amount of knowledge of the luxury travel industry.  She is a stickler for deadlines and takes pride in ensuring clients’ holidays always run smoothly, affectionately known to her colleagues as the “necessary evil”.

Kelly loves to spend as much time in the mountains whether it’s enjoying a mountain hike in the summer or fine tuning her skiing skills in the winter and is always keen to visit and experience  new destinations.

When not working, Kelly is a very keen horsewoman, her main discipline being dressage and she regularly competes with her horse Daisy. She also enjoys spending time with her cat (who is more like a panther) and snowboard mad husband.

Yukii Benson – Office Dog/Admin Assistant

Yukii (meaning snow is Japanese) is Kelly’s new admin assistant, she is still in her junior role as she spends more time taking paper out of the bin rather than filing it!

She is a super addition to Ski Bespoke and the team love having her visit the office.
